Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 12, 2026

Our Commitment

UIPing, operated by GIGDATA LLC, is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all pages and features of uiping.com.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features throughout our website:

  • Semantic HTML5 structure with appropriate ARIA landmarks and roles
  • Logical heading hierarchy on all pages
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, interactive elements, and form controls
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Information never conveyed by color alone — icons, labels, and patterns supplement color
  • Responsive design that adapts to screen sizes and supports zoom up to 200%
  • Meaningful alt text on informational images; decorative images marked appropriately
  • Descriptive link text that indicates purpose or destination
  • ARIA live regions for dynamic content updates (monitor status changes, notifications)
  • Form inputs with associated labels and descriptive error messages
  • Page language declared in the HTML lang attribute

Testing

We evaluate the accessibility of uiping.com using:

  • Automated scanning tools (axe-core, Lighthouse)
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Browser compatibility testing across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where we are actively working to improve:

  • Complex data tables — Monitor change-history tables and diff views are continuously being improved for screen reader compatibility.
  • Third-party components — Stripe payment forms and embedded content may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
  • Real-time notifications — Toast notifications use ARIA live regions but may be dismissed before assistive technology can fully announce them.

Report an Accessibility Barrier

If you encounter any barrier that prevents you from using our website or services, please let us know so we can fix it.

Email: support@uiping.com

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The page URL where you encountered the barrier
  • A description of the issue and how it affected your experience

  • Your preferred method of contact for follow-up

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and resolve confirmed issues within 14 business days wherever technically feasible.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review and update our website to address new content, features, and evolving standards. This statement is reviewed at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to the website.
