Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription fees paid to GIGDATA LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for UIPing ("Service") are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds — whether full or prorated — will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused time on your subscription, dissatisfaction with the Service, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

2. Free Tier

UIPing offers a free tier that allows you to evaluate the core functionality of the Service at no cost before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free tier to determine whether the Service meets their needs before upgrading.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@uiping.com. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

4. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan (or to the free tier), the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current billing period.

5. Service Interruptions

While we strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen outages do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or other compensation. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis as described in our Terms of Service.

6. Voluntary Tips

Voluntary tips made through the Service are one-time, non-refundable payments. Tips are entirely optional and are not associated with any additional features or services.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us at support@uiping.com to resolve any billing concerns before disputing a charge.

8. Exceptions

In rare circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions. To request an exception, contact us at support@uiping.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
